Highlander é um dos filmes mais conhecidos da década de 1980 e é impossível assistir ao filme sem prestar atenção nas músicas que tocam durante ele, já que são várias as músicas do Queen que fazem parte do filme. Vários bootlegs forma lançados porém nunca houve um lançamento oficial da trilha sonora do filme.
Esse que trago agora é um bootleg lançado pela Warner nos EUA, com trechos de falas do filme, músicas do Queen e composições de Michael Kamen.
